| About | Robert P. Russo Obituary Robert P. “Rudy” Russo, 66, of Bangor, PA passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center in Allentown, PA. Robert was born on July 7, 1951 to Anna Jean Reitenauer Russo of Bangor, PA and the late Salvatore “Sam” “Sal” Louis Russo. Robert was a graphic artist with numerous organizations and companies throughout the Lehigh Valley and New Jersey. He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Class of 1969 and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trenton State College, Class of 1974. Robert was an avid train collector and enjoyed building platforms. While being a very spiritual and philosophical person, he had a great sense of humor. Robert loved music, especially jazz. Most importantly, Robert was a caregiver to his family, having taken care of his parents and help raise his nephews. Robert is survived by his mother; sister, Sharon “Sherry” Markee and her husband Robert of Lutz, FL and twin sister, Dawn A. Moore and her husband Theodore, of Bangor, PA; nephews, Elliot A. Robinson of Ft. Meade, MD and Christopher T. Moore of Bangor. A Funeral Service for Rudy will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11 am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at a later date.
