| About | Tommy was a 1961 graduate, member of the First Baptist Church in Lopatcong Township and was a volunteer with the Phillipsburg Emergency Squad. He was inducted into the Phillipsburg High School Football Hall of Fame and he loved to fish. He was survived by his wife of 49 ½ years, Patsy L. Dickey Allen; a son, Thomas Allen II ; and two daughters; Christine Jewett and , Lorraine Richards . |
