My buddy Don died last summer (2008) in Arvada, Colorado from complications associated with liver disease. He was on the waiting list for a new liver when we came down with an infection he could not cover from. Donnie grew up with me and fellow WV 1970 Classmates Pete Pasquariello, Richard Bischoff, Ron Van Dine, and Vince Schultz. Wolfman, as we called him, was to visit me this summer to go salmon and halibut fishing. His memorial service was very nice and I had an opportunity to tell some funny Wolfman stories to his Colorado friends and family. |
