Beloved life partner of Susan Sovinski; dear father of Jeffrey (Denise) Gibbs, Jamie Gibbs, Janet Hagerman and Jacquelyn (Kyle) Doherty; loving grandfather of Hunter Zebrowski, Bradley Barto, Ava Hagerman, Maximus Hagerman, McKenzie Doherty, Evan Doherty, Tyler Doherty, Matthew Gibbs and Taylor Gibbs; son of the late Richard C. Gibbs and late Marylyn C. (nee Ruppel); brother of Greg (late Pamela) Gibbs; uncle of Kristen Gibbs and Kurt Gibbs;. Jeff was a US Naval Veteran. He was well known in the community working at American Sales, Protocol Restaurant and Brennan’s Bowery Bar. Jeff always cared not only about, but for his family and many close friends. His acts of kindness amongst those who knew him will only be preceded by the laughs he brought with his quick wit and sense of humor.
