MONKELBAAN - John "Monk" November 28, 2012, in Bunnell, FL, age 69, after a long battle with cancer, survived by his wife Betsy (Lindstedt), brother Richard Monkelbaan (Carol); children Brian Monkelbaan, Debra Coppola (Darron and Jill Monaco (Carmen); stepchildren Faith and Todd; and five grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a future date in Clarence, NY.
