About | Penny A. Furlong October 3, 2007 Penny A. Furlong, 37, of Fulton, died Wednesday at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton. Born in Oswego, she was a life resident of the Fulton area. Penny was a 1988 graduate of Phoenix Central Schools. She had owned and operated a home based daycare, Little Tykes Daycare in Fulton. Penny was a member of the Volney Fire Department Auxiliary and the Elks Club 830 in Fulton. She had volunteered for various organizations in the area. Surviving: her children, Skylear Mason and Brandon Furlong; her fiance, Kenny King; parents, Bud and Sam Lee; brother, Bud Lee Jr.; sister, Misty Blu Fields of South Carolina; maternal grandmother, Jeanette Stivers of Ohio; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be private. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Penny's final act was to give the gift of sight through eye donation. Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Upstate NY CNY Chapter, 731 James St., Syracuse, 13203.
