Mary Craig Hayes passed away unexpectedly while traveling from her winter home in Florida back to her residence in Northville, NY. She had suffered some serious health challenges from Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis but pressed on with courage. She was survived by her husband, Rick Hayes and three daughters: Karina Shumacher, Lisa Shufelt and Mary Corder and spouses along with several grandchildren as well as her sisters: Marjorie Craig Knight, Peggy Craig Babcock and Sally Craig Breed. Mary excelled producing creative hand-made quilts, purses and carry bags. She attended her 50th Penfield Reunion and stayed in touch with many friends. She is sorely missed by family and friends alike. |
