| About | Randy Frederic Schryer, 50, of Tucson, Ariz., and formerly of Ticonderoga, passed away suddenly at his home in Tucson, Ariz., on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007. Born in Ticonderoga on Sept. 18, 1956, he was the son of Bernard and Joyce Schryer of Ticonderoga. Randy was a graduate of Ticonderoga High School, Class of 1974. Following graduation, he joined the United States Air Force, where he served his country for eight years. After leaving the Air Force, he worked at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Ariz., where he advanced through the ranks of the Fire Department, retiring after 32 years of service as fire chief on June 1, 2007. Randy will be remembered by his family and friends as a dedicated husband and father, for his sense of humor, his spaghetti, being a great listener, and always willing to lend a hand. He will sadly be missed and loved by all. |
