Claudia was a devoted sister, aunt, caregiver, and friend to many. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Claudia's smile could light up a room, and her presence brought joy to those around her.

Born on December 17, 1966 in the Bronx, New York, throughout her life, Claudia touched the hearts of countless individuals with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love. Raised in Uniondale, Long Island, Claudia found a sense of family and belonging among the children of the Court— the Rogers, Torino, and D'Esposito families. In 1989, she relocated to Atlanta, where she spent the remainder of her life. Despite her private nature, Claudia's love for her loved ones was always on public display. She leaves behind her older sister Sheila, younger brother Derek and sister-in-love(law) Catherin Rogers. While she didn't have children of her own, her nurturing spirit extended to her foster son, Joseph Cook. Claudia held her nieces Reagan, Tessa, and Chloe close to her heart, treating them as her own daughters. She also cherished Reagan’s children Reagan’s children, Zoie and Jamerson.

Claudia dedicated her professional life helping those in need by working in social services. Professionally, Claudia started working at the DeKalb Community Service Board. Then worked over 20 years at the United Methodist Children's Home and 16 years at Chris180 as the Care Team Manager. Throughout her various roles, Claudia made a lasting impact on the lives of countless children and families. Known to her coworkers as the go-to person for information, Claudia was always willing to help and made others feel comfortable seeking her assistance. Her dedication to her work was matched only by her commitment to the well-being of others. Claudia's gentle spirit and unwavering love touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Outside of work, Claudia cherished her time with her beloved fur babies: her dog, Riley, and her two cats, Gemini and Yoshi. She enjoyed taking her niece, Chloe, on adventures. Indulging in her love for travel, Claudia's passport was a testament to her adventurous spirit. As she embarked on cruises to over 10 countries in the Caribbean. In her downtime, Claudia found solace in simple pleasures, such as watching trashy Lifetime movies, primetime dramas, and HGTV, while playing video games or coloring on her iPad. She was known for her selflessness and caring nature, often putting the needs of others before her own. Claudia's kind heart and selfless nature were evident in everything she did. She was the glue that held her family together, offering support and love without hesitation. Her memory will forever be cherished by her extended family and friends, who were touched by her sweet spirit and genuine warmth.

Though Claudia's physical presence may be gone, her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May Claudia rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was loved beyond measure and that her legacy of love and compassion will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
