| About | Major Darryl A. Hines, US ARMY (Ret), age 57, of Augusta, GA (formerly of Jacksonville), passed away Monday, September 11, 2023. A celebration of Major Hines’ life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Sandy Run Missionary Baptist Church, 1503 Hargett St., Jacksonville, NC 28540. A viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Hines Memorial Gardens. His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his parents, Samuel and Rosa Hines both of Jacksonville; brother, Patrick Hines (Jahanarra) of Newport News, VA; sister, Jacqueline Harris-Solomon of Savannah, GA; godson, Devin Henry of Ludowici, GA and special friend, Consuela Henry of Ludowici, GA and a host of other relatives and friends. |
