| About | My dear friend, Kathy, died after a year long struggle with ovarian cancer. She was married to Pete Herran, a 1968 graduate of Myers Park. She had two children and five grandchildren. Kathy was a published author of two historical books. "They Married Confederate Officers" and "They Dared to Roar". She was a member of the Historical Society, the DAR and the Genealogical Society. She will be missed by us all. |
