About | Pete Colclasure of Crestview, Fla., passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, July 8, 2012. He was 52. Pete was born on June 29, 1960, in Decatur, Ill., to John and Joan Colclasure. In 1969 he moved to Elizabeth City, N.C., where he attended school. In 1982 he completed a degree from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, N.C. Pete moved to Crestview in 1983 and partnered with his brother in Sta-Brite Carpet Service. He later started the first dial-up internet service in Northwest Florida, CYOU Internet Service, CSALES Computer Store, and until his death, owned CYOU Computer Repair. He was a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved oysters, computers, and music. Most of all, Pete was extremely proud of his son, Jordan. He was preceded in death by his father, John Colclasure; and brother, John Colclasure Jr. Pete is survived by his mother, Joan Colclasure; wife of 27 years, Belinda Colclasure; son, Jordan Colclasure; brother, Stephen (m. Cindy) Colclasure; niece, April (m. Jimmy) Taylor; nephew, Stephen (m. Amber) Colclasure Jr.; sister-in-law, Melissa (m. Kent) Covin; nephew, Kevin (m. Beth) Covin; and niece Misty (m. Patrick) Barrow. |
