About | Submitted by: Fire Chief Wesley Williams, Bunyan Fire Department Johnston County BENSON - Connie Allen Beasley, age 53, of 981 Denning Road, owner and operator of Triple C Fire and Rescue, died Monday at his residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2nd, at the Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, 205 East Hill Street. Officiating will be Rev. Glenn McCullen. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, North Wall Street with Fireman’s Honors. Mr. Beasley was born August 29, 1955 in Harnett County to Catherine Godwin Beasley of Angier and the late Wade Allen Beasley. He attended Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church. Mr. Beasley was an instructor for the NC Department of College for Fire and Rescue. He was a past chief of Elevation Fire Department and after years of service, retired from the Benson Fire Department. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife of 34 years, Carla White Beasley; Daughter and Son-In-Law, Chrissy and Johnathon Vilardo of Benson; Grandchildren, Harlie Collins, Taylor Collins, and Ashleigh Perry; Sister and Brother-In-Law, Cathy and Jackie Scott of Smithfield; Brothers and Sister-In-Law, Ronnie Wade and Gail Beasley of Clayton and Troy Dale Beasley of Angier; Mother-In-Law and Father-In-Law, Mildred and Walter Gregory of Hope Mills; Sister-in-Law, Christie W. Schatz and husband, Robert, of Washington, NC; Brothers-in-Law, Clark White and wife, Margaret, of Four Oaks, and Stanley of White of Benson; and the Triple C Family. Family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1st at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson. Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
