Diane was born to Joe J. and Agatha (Berger) Leingang on Feb. 3, 1960, in Mandan, the youngest of 11 kids. She started working in 1978 at St. Alexius in the Dietary Department. After graduation from Mandan High School in 1980, she did the bar scene with her girlfriends from work until 1983, when she found her soul mate, Bruce, at an outdoor celebration. Diane spent her working years cooking and serving food at many places, the last being Fried's Restaurant, and providing daycare for her niece, Michelle. She loved cats and babies. Diane fulfilled her lifelong dream of going on a cruise to Alaska in 2011, which she loved and will always remember. She received her first precious gift from Holly on Dec. 20, 2005 - Alexis Jade. Grandma and Alexis spent many days and nights together, loving it most of the time.
