| About | MICHAEL JOHN JONES Michael John Jones, age 55, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Nov. 25, 2014, in New Jersey following an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 15, 1958, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, to John and Carol Jones. Michael graduated from Alliance High School in 1976. He was a truck driver. Surviving Michael are his mother, Carol Schmidt of Ridgeland, South Carolina; wife, Lisa (Hardin) Jones of Vero Beach, Florida; sister, Diane Jones of Ridgeland, South Carolina; brothers, Greg (Terri) Jones of Alliance, Ohio, and Scott (Tiffany) Jones of Minerva, Ohio; daughters, Sarah (Craig) Hensley of Houston, Texas, Carli Jones of Waycross, Georgia, Jeanell Blanton of Jessup, Georgia, and Tiffany (Ed) Howell of Enterprise, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John A. Jones; and a niece, Melissa Ann Jones. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015, in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
