Kaye was the daughter of Charles & Mildred (Jones) Miller. In June of 1959 she married David Anderson. She was a graduate of Bath High School Class of 1958. She worked for 30 years for the Allen County Treasurer's Office. She was a member of the Cairo United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, bird-watching and attending craft shows. She is survived by 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. |
