The love of my life at that time, saved me from myself. Joyce graduated from Coventry in 1965. We dated for 32 days and we’re married November 22, 1966. Married for 46 1/2 years, through my Naval career, and her horse career, Joycie passed away in my arms, I was so lucky to be there for her when she needed me the most. I miss her frankness, thoughtfulness, tenderness, love and most of all her sense of humor. In the early years we were drinkers, finally growing up and becoming adults. I still think and talk about her. She is missed….. |
