| About | CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Elaine D. Seeds, 67, passed away May 30, 2018. She was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls moving to Bowerston, Ohio in later years. Elaine was member of the 1969 graduating class of Cuyahoga Falls High School, going on to earn a B.S. in nursing from Kent State University. She started working for Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in the Surgery Wing in 1968 and later went on to be an RN in the emergency department. Later in life she moved to a smaller town and started working at Twin City Hospital. Elaine's move to a more rural area allowed her to pursue her interest in equine activities. Preceded in death by her husband, Bob Sigler; parents, Louise Seeds and Ruth Seeds; and other friends and loved ones; she is survived by her children, Luke (Heather) Sigler and Sarah (Justin) Bray; grandchildren, Jade, Aeris, Kasey, Zelda, Mariah, Trent, Karlee; sisters, Jacqueline Demali and Eileen Cresong. Friends may call 2 hours prior to a 1:30 p.m. service on Monday June 4, 2018 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron 7996 Darrow Rd. Twinsburg, OH 44087.
