| About | June M. Ashton (nee Duch) CUYAHOGA FALLS June M. Ashton (nee Duch), 50, died June 18, 2002. Mrs. Ashton was born in Akron and was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls most of her life, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1969. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, and was a member of UFCW locals 427 and 880 since 1972, with a career as deli manager with Fazio's and Carl's, and spending her remaining years with Rinni Rego and Giant Eagle. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, and devoted most of her time to her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Duch, and is survived by her daughter and son- in-law, Dawn and Kenny Swank of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Alec and Dylan Swank; mother, Mildred Duch of Cuyahoga Falls; brother, Robert J. Duch II; and nephew, Robbie Duch III. He will also be sadly missed by special family members, Bob, Rita, Rob and Denise Elieff. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Josephs.
