| About | Narcie Carol Hay, 64, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Carol was born on July 6, 1951 in Akron, Ohio to James Hay and Narcie Stover. She was a very talented artist and musician who liked taking family video's and pictures. Carol was deeply loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews who she loved spending time with. Carol was preceded in death by parents, James Hay and Narcie Stover; sister, Linda Ridenour; nephew David Hay. She is survived by her siblings, Sherry (Jerry) Eck, Stanley ( Brenda) Wheeler, James Hay, David ( Rhonda) Hay; brother-in-law, Donald Ridenour; and many nieces, nephews and friends. The Family would like to acknowledge Mary Williams, special friend, Karen Natale and a special thanks to the Palliative Care Unit at Akron City Hospital. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305. A Funeral service will follow.
