About | Scott K. Keeper SCOTT K. KEEPER, 34, of Elyria died Saturday Feb. 10, 2007 at St. John Westshore Hospital in Westlake following a long illness. He was born March 11, 1972 in Bay Village and was a lifelong Elyria resident. Mr. Keeper worked as a flooring specialist at Home Depot in Avon. He was a 1990 Elyria High School graduate, and was an avid fan of all Cleveland sports teams. Survivors include his mother, Karen Keeper of Elyria; father Kenneth Keeper of Elyria; stepson Zackary Silsby of Avon Lake; brother Chad Keeper of Oregon, OH; maternal grandfather, Louis Takacs of Haines City, FL. He was preceded in death by a son, Hunter Scott Keeper in 2002; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Takacs; paternal grandparents, Erwin and Dolores Keeper. Friends may call Tuesday (today) 5:00-8:00PM at the BAUER-LAUBENTHAL FUNERAL HOME, CHESTNUT RIDGE RD. AT STATE RT. 57, ELYRIA. Services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. The Rev. John P. Seabold, pastor of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Grafton will officiate. Burial will be at Ridgehill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp. Memorial contributions can be made to the John T.
