About | TOMBSTONE - Richard Henry Tolway, 79, passed away peacefully in his home in Tombstone, on Jan., 9, 2017 surrounded by loved ones, family, friends, and his best friend, his beloved Louie Louie. Richard was born in Euclid, Ohio on Feb. 6, 1937. Richard touched many lives and had such compassion and care for humanity as he went out of his way to make the lives of others better. He genuinely enjoyed sharing whatever was within his reach with others and would go out of his way to help anyone. He enjoyed teaching people valuable life lessons and making friends no matter where he went. Richard loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. His happiest times were fishing at Patagonia Lake with Louie Louie. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, great grandfather, and above all a wonderful friend to anyone who needed him! He will be deeply missed by all. In Lieu of flowers, Richard requested donations be made to the Tombstone Small Animal Shelter. Richard & Rita…….gone fishin’. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4 at Tombstone American Legion, 225 E. Allen St., Tombstone, AZ., 85638 from noon to 4 p.m. (Potluck style). |
