Brad J. Gargac, 23, of Curtice, Ohio died Saturday, December 16, 2006, from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Brad was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 16, 1983, to Joseph W. and Roxann (Pasko) Gargac. Brad was the manager of the auto parts department at The Andersons General Store in the Woodville Mall, where he had worked for the past 5 years. He also worked part time for his father, at his business: Joe's Restoration, in Genoa, OH. He was a 2001 graduate of the Genoa Area High School. Brad was a very cheerful, happy, and content person who liked to be around people. He liked to snowmobile and jet ski, and was an avid University of Michigan fan. He liked to customize audio systems and various automobile electronics and in 2005 he received a third place honor as having the loudest auto component system in the state of Ohio. Recently he was into physical fitness. Survivors include his dad, Joe of Curtice; mother, Roxann Gargac of Maine; great-grandmother, Corinne (James) Fries of Toledo; grandmother, Mary Lou Gargac, Curtice; aunts and uncles, Therese (Tom) Krajeski of Martin, OH, Vickie (Danny) Perrine, Curtice, Steve Gargac, Hornbeak, TN, Henry (Yvonne) Gargac of Walbridge; along with cousins, Craig, Rachel, Nick, Monica, Ben, and Candy. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Steve "Curly" Gargac. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 21, 2006, in the Robinson - Walker Funeral Home, 501 West St. Genoa, OH. Visitation will be in the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in the Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa. The family suggests memorial contributions in Brad's memory be to the Allen-Clay Joint Fire Dist, Station #1, Williston, OH or the donor's choice |
