Bradley R. Richardson, Jr., 21, of Point Place, died suddenly on Thursday morning, October 21, 2010. Born on March 30, 1989 to adoring and loving parents, Brad and Michelle Richardson. The Richardson family has been devastated by the loss of their son, brother, grandson, uncle and cousin. Bradley's life ended along with his best friend and cousin, Bryan Richardson and dear friend, Noah in a tragic car accident. However, and most fortunately, their dear friend Noel survived and we are grateful. Bradley was raised in Point Place and attended Ottawa River Elementary School where he was an honor student, a Boy Scout in pack 123, and was involved in the Young Astronauts. He attended Regina Coeli for Junior High School and attended Genoa Area High School where he graduated in 2007. Bradley also excelled in art while in High School, he loved to draw and had entered his pieces in several competitions. Bradley shared the passion of hunting with his father, grandfather, uncles and cousins. All of his life Bradley truly enjoyed cooking and aspired to one day be a Chef. His dream was to attend the Culinary Arts School in Chicago, IL; in December 2009 he had recently attended their open house. Bradley is survived by his loving parents, Brad and Michelle (Bentley) Richardson; sisters, "Sheesh" (Bryson Krueger) and Hannah; niece, Addison Claire; grandparents, Rob and Vicki Richardson, Les Bentley, Gale (Dan Mattimoe) Kellum; aunts and uncles, Lori and John Toth, Bryan and Suzanne Richardson, Brooke (Dustin James) Richardson, Bo and Courtney Richardson, and Brian Bentley; cousins, Kristina, Chelsea, and Johnny Toth, Brianne, Kaylee, and Jace Richardson, Ashlee, Alexis and Aaron Tatkowski, Brent Richardson Jr., Courtney and Kressa Bentley; great-grandparents, Betty Scriber, Betty Richardson, and a multitude of additional family members and friends who loved Bradley very much. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 2-8 p.m. at David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St. (419-726-1583); that same evening at 8 p.m. the Funeral Service will begin in the funeral home. A Memorial Wake will be held in Bryan's memory on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 5 p.m. at the V.F.W. Post 3265 on Summit St., Toledo, Ohio in Point Place.
