About | Lee Baker Dies in Auto Accident Word was received in Genoa Late Tuesday evening of the accidental death of Lee Baker, in Cleveland. He with his wife had been calling on friends and upon their starting back to their home Mrs. Baker went back to the of the friends on account of a flat tire leaving Mr. Baker to fix it. He was struck by a passing car, while making the repair and the driver of the death car failed to stop.Baker's body was badly mangled and one leg completely severed. Mrs. Mary Baker, accompanied by Miss Lura Humlong, went to Cleveland Wednesday and the body wil be taken to Barresville West Virginia for Burial on Friday. The deceased, who was 36 years of age was the son of the late Dr. Baker and Mrs. Mary Baker and leaves his wife, three children and his mother.
