Linda (Lohberger) Crusa, 43, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away with her family at her side on Monday, June 28, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born on March 22, 1967 in Oregon, Ohio to Jack Lohberger and Nancy Dantzer. Linda was a 1985 graduate of Genoa High School and obtained her Veterinarian Tech License from Stautzenberger College. She worked various places over the years including: Manager at Rite Aid, East Suburban Animal Clinic and most recently the Pet Holiday Kennels. She was very fond and compassionate towards animals which was shown through her work and having many pets of her own. Linda was known as a great mom who always put her children first. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and scrap booking. She is survived by her loving children, Kelly Leichty, Chelsie Crusa and Tyler Crusa; mother, Nancy Wasserman, stepfather, Don Wasserman; sisters, Jackie Adams and Lauri (Larry) Perkins; brother, James (Janis) Lohberger; stepbrothers and sisters, Ted (Jan) Wasserman, Tim (Angy) Wasserman, Tom (Lisa) Wasserman, Bob (Cathy) Wasserman, Sandra (Dale) Pertner, Paul Wasserman and Shelly (Jay) Grubin. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack and nephew, Daniel Perkins. Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 2-9 p.m. where a prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday in St. Jerome Catholic Church, Walbridge, OH, at 11 a.m. where family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Lake Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Linda's children or donor's choice |
