Randall Scott Calhoun, 53, formerly of Elmore, OH, died unexpectedly Friday, October 4, 2013, at his home in Oregon, OH. He was born November 23, 1959, in Oregon, OH, to Howard Calhoun and Beverly (Weyandt) Lehrman. He was a 1978 graduate of Genoa High School. On July 14, 1979 he married the former Michele Harsange who preceded him in death in 2006. Randall was set to retire following 30 years with Chrysler in Toledo. He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie No. 712 in Fremont, OH. Randall was a private person who loved his extended family and enjoyed life. Survivors include his mother, Beverly Lehrman of Elmore; brother, Timothy (Cindy) Calhoun of Elmore; sisters, Suzanne (Donald) Applegate of Genoa, OH, Barbara (Michael) Dille of Curtice, OH, Peggy (Russell) Krumnow of Oak Harbor, OH, Karen Baxter of Baxter Springs, KS, and Darlene (Paul) Wade of Virginia Beach, VA; several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard; wife, Michele; brothers, Terry and Roy Calhoun, and stepfather, Walter "Tiny" Lehrman. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 8, from 2-8 p.m. at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore - Genoa Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clay Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to either Juvenile Diabetes Association or St. Jude's Research Center |
