Vera Abdoo Stull, 90 of Fremont, passed away at Parkview Care Center on November 17, 2013.Vera was born in Millbury, OH on August 8, 1923 to James Alfred Wetzel and Lillian Adele Wright. She was a 1942 graduate of Genoa High School. On October 13, 1941 she married George Louis Abdoo. He passed away on February 7, 1980. On October 1, 1986, she married George E. Stull. He passed away on November 18, 2004.Vera was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Millbury. She enjoyed quilting, embroidery, knitting, painting, crocheting and refinishing furniture.Surviving are children, Robert Douglas (Karyn), George Louis (Linda), James Michael (Lisa) and Dennis Calvin (Cindy) all of Fremont; sisters, Margy Ann Jackson and Carolyn (James) Puehler both of Millbury; 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands; siblings, Virginia Shumaker, James Wetzel and Richard Wetzel; grandson, Lorenzo Miguel Abdoo; and great grandchild, Gabriel James Abdoo.Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2013 from 4-7 PM at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Fremont. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 AM with one hour of visitation prior to the services at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Millbury. Philip Park-Thomas will officiate. Burial will be held at Clay Township Cemetery immediately following the service. |
