About | an Myers 59, of Minerva, Ohio, passed away suddenly July 22, 2013. Dan was born in Canton, Ohio, on Dec. 18, 1953, to Francis and Kathryn Myers. Dan lived most of his life in Minerva, Ohio with his loving wife, Tracey. Dan was a excellent machinist for 25 years. He enjoyed making various items out of deer antler. He loved to go fishing and enjoyed the out doors. Dan put his heart and soul in all that he did. Dan was a devoted husband. He and his wife, Tracey had just celebrated 30 years of marriage in March. He was a loving father to his daughter, Misty and son-in- law, Scott Davis of Massillon. He was extremely proud of his granddaughters, Rylee and Sophie, they were his pride and joy. Dan will be greatly missed. He will be remembered for his big sense of humor, his love for his wife, Tracey; his love for animals; all the stories he shared of his life; most of all he will be remembered for the most loving father, grandfather and husband anyone can ask for. Dan is survived by his wife and best friend, Tracey Myers of Minerva; daughter and son-in- law, Scott and Misty Davis of Massillon; grandchildren: Rylee and Sophie Davis of Massillon; sister, Sheila Bartko of Canton; brother, Chuck Myers of Canton; sisters, Linda Myers and Kathy Fielding both of Canton.
