About | WARREN — Michael Westfall, 45, of Warren died Friday, March 28, 2008, at St. Joseph Health Center. He was born Nov. 11, 1962, in Warren, the son of Marie Barnett Westfall and the late James Westfall. He was a graduate of Howland High School in 1981 and attended Gordon D. James Career Center in Lordstown for two years. Michael was employed as a truck driver/truss builder since 2005 for Carter Components in Newton Falls. Michael attended Warren Baptist Temple and enjoyed hunting deer with bow and gun, truck mud running and four-wheeling. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Michael was a volunteer firefighter with the Howland Fire Department. He also was an organ donor. Surviving are his wife, Sandy Stephens of Hanoverton; mother, Marie Westfall of Warren, with whom he made his home; a daughter, Christina (Richard) Miller of Warren; a son, James Westfall II of Columbus; a grandson, Richard Miller of Warren; and a granddaughter, Kylie Miller of Warren. He was preceded in death by his father, James Westfall. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Pastor Jim Dittmar and Pastor Robert Harrah will officiate. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Howland Township Cemetery. |
