| About | VIENNA - Nicholas "Nick" John Lewis, 35, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Nov. 17, 1976, in Kittanning, Pa., the son of the late Robert Ward Lewis and Mary Ann Perine Lewis. Nick was a graduate of Howland High School and had worked as a manager for Eagle Truck Wash in Youngstown. He was an avid Steelers and Buckeyes fan and enjoyed watching racing, particularly NASCAR. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Lewis of Florence, S.C.; a brother, Tom (Michelle) Lewis of Cortland; and two sisters, Theresa Lewis of Concord, N.C., and Lindy Lewis of Cuyahoga Falls. Also surviving are two nephews, Tyler and Justin "J.T." Lewis, and a niece, Braelynn Lewis. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel in Cortland, where funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, material contributions can be made at the funeral home to help offset the cost of the funeral.
