| About | HOWLAND - Sandra Leigh Kohut Bishop, 49, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, in her home after a lengthy illness. Sandra was born on Feb. 5, 1963, in Warren, the daughter of Edward Kohut of Howland and Geraldine Derring Kohut of Arizona. Sandra was a graduate of Howland High School Class of 1981 and was a loving wife and mother who loved to bake and read. Sandra was also a devoted member of SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Sandra is survived by her husband, Kenneth, whom she married July 6, 1985; her children, Jenna (Thomas) Beal of North Ridgeville and Brett Bishop of Howland; and her siblings, Karen Tranter of Arizona, Leah (Brad) Franken of Cortland, Charles Kohut of Howland and Robert Kohut of Texas. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Roberts-Clark Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the SS. Peter and Paul Church in Warren, with the Rev. Andrew Deskevich and the Rev. Richard Whetstone officiating. Interment will follow at the Howland Township Cemetery.
