Baker, 55, of Amelia, Ohio, died Monday, June 24, 2013, in Columbus, Ohio. Ray is survived by his wife, Melody, children, Andrew Charles (Deborah Dianne), Chelsea Marie, Simon Lewis and Mary Ann Caroline Baker, parents, Kenneth W. and Gloria Ann Baker, brothers, James (Ann), Clint and Timothy (Michelle) Baker.
