| About | William Ross "Bill" Frank, 62, of Mansfield, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Crystal Care Center. He was surrounded by his family and friends. Born February 18, 1947, he was the son of Billy and Beulah (Baker) Frank. He had previously worked at Progress Industries. Bill loved the Lord and could spend hours talking about him and quoting scriptures. He was a member of the Ontario Free Methodist Church. A "good patient" at Crystal Care Center, the nurses all had nicknames for him. He always had a big smile for everyone. Bill was an Ohio State Buckeyes and Indians Fan, even when they were losing. He is survived by his mother, Beulah Frank; sister, Karen Frank; and special friends, Judy and Earl Washburn, Betty and Ross Ackley, Kathy Brawley, and Shirley Whitt. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Frank; grandparents, Elise and Virgil Baker, and Gertrude and Alfred Frank. |
| Events | Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2009, at Ontario Free Methodist Church conducted by Rev. James Walker. Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. |
