| About | William P. “Bill” Ritchey, 42, Mt. Gilead, died January 11, 1997, at University Hospital, Columbus, following a three month illness. He was born January 25, 1954 to the late William R. and Elizabeth B. (Shade) Richey, who survives. He was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Mt. Gilead High School, class of “1973?. He was a self-employed truck driver and served many years as an Auxiliary Deputy Sheriff for the Morrow County Sheriff’s Department. He attended the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. At the time of his death, in addition to his mother, he was survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Dick and Natalie Ritchey, Edison; and nephews, Chad and Jason Ritchey, Edison. |
