She was born 4 June 1942 in Piketon, Ohio to the late Virgil Trusty and Dorothy Ellen (Lemaster) Trusty Holloway. Surviving are a son, John Osborn and Jessica Shell, Piketon, Ohio, two daughters, Debbie Osborn and Tammy Osborne and husband Marty both of Chillicothe, Ohio, six grandchildren, Joshua Braniff and wife Tasha, Jessica Blanton and husband Joshua, Dakoda Osborn and wife Autumn, Jacob Braniff, Mason Osborn and Austen Watts, two great grandchildren, Zoe and Graham Braniff, and a brother Kenneth Trusty and Wife Diana, Piketon, Ohio. Her parents, and a brother Edgel Lee Trusty preceded her in death. Carolyn was a former Avon Products Manager. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, 7 January 2015 at the HOWE WHEELER BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Piketon with Rev. Donald Stewart, officiating.
