| About | Charles Louis Pettit, 80, of Lucas Street, Piketon, died at 1:36 p.m. Friday at Pike Community Hospital. Mr. Pettit was a retired Electrical Contractor and was a member of the Piketon U. M. Church. Born June 6, 1915 in Waverly to Charles Edward and Rene Belle (Dowler) Pettit, he was preceded in death by his parents and six brothers, Howard, Avery, Walter, George, Nelson and Robert Pettit. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 21 at 2:30 p.m. at the Piketon U. M. Church with Rev. Alan Jones officiating. Calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to Pike Community Hospital, 100 Dawn Lane, Waverly, Ohio 45690. Arrangements are under the Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly. |
