| About | Deborah Marie Cook, 55, of Piketon, Ohio, died Monday, November 1, 2004 at the Piketon Nursing Center in Piketon. She was born March 22, 1949 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of the late Floyd Selvester and Opal Marie (Davis) Lute. On December 2, 1968, Debbie was united in marriage to Wayne Edward Cook who survives. Also surviving are a son: Aaron Dean (Mary) Cook of Waverly, Ohio, a daughter: Katherine Marie (Glenn) Noel of Waverly; 6 grandchildren: Cody Woodruff, Ezra Noel, Haley Carter, Kayla Reed and Faith Ann Cook; 1 brother: Michael (Belinda) Lute of Piketon and Helen (Phillip) Richmond of Piketon and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2004 at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home in Piketon with Rev. Selby Williams Officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday. |
