| About | Donald Wray Ward, 62, of West Portsmouth, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, in Portsmouth. He was born Nov. 24, 1948, in Portsmouth, a son of the late Don Ray and June Crawford Ward. Wray was a Pipefitter for Local 521, a U.S. Marine Vietnam veteran, and a 1966 Piketon High School graduate. He is survived by one son Clifford Ward of West Portsmouth; one daughter Roxanne Ingles of Batavia; two grandchildren Kaden Ward and Mercadez Ward; and one brother Chester Ward of Wakefield. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, in Bailey Chapel Cemetery where graveside military rites will be performed by the William A. Baker and James Irwin Posts of the American Legion. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville. Portsmouth Daily Times |
