About | Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Lobdill, 64, of 112 Main Street, Piketon, were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Howe Co., Funeral Home in Piketon, with Rev Elmer Noel, officiating. Burial followed in Mound Cemetery there. Friends called at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday. Mrs. Lobdill died early Thursday morning in the Pike County Hospital following and extended illness. Before retirement, Mrs. Lobdill had been an employee of the Krogery Bakery in Columbus for several years. A Native of Pike County, she was born on July 23, 1906, a daughter of John and Rose (Minnix) Comer. On September 6, 1924, she was united in marriage to Harry Lobdill, who survives at Home.
