| About | Jo Ellen Mullins, 67, of Overlook Drive, Piketon, Ohio passed 7:02 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born July 25, 1948 in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles Franklin Carson and Eva Pearl (Slagle) Carson. Jo Ellen is survived by a brother, John Carson, grandson, Levi Pettit, nieces and nephews, Ronald (Linda) Anderson, Gary Anderson, Doug (Daphne) Carson, Marsha Anderson, Kenneth Anderson, Diane Baker, Debbie (Eldon) Baker and John Ferguson and a host of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ronald and Dale Carson and two sisters, Janet Anderson and Martha Mae Ferguson. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home in Piketon, Ohio with Rev. Rick Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
