| About | Funeral services for Marvin Satterfield, 40, were held 2 p.m. Monday at the Waverly Church of Christ with pastor Ralph Schisler and Minister Larry Williams officiating. Satterfield died 4:47 p.m. July 17 at Medical Center Hospital, Chillicothe. He was a truck driver for Roberts Farms of Waverly and a 1965 graduate of Piketon High School. He as a member of the Waverly Church of Christ and a resident of 13665 St Rt 220 East, Waverly, the Zahn’s Corner community. Born June 29, 1947 in Pike County he was the son of Jesse Satterfield and Edith (Mossbarger) Satterfield. On September 18, 1965 he married Ida Richardson who survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Stephine and Gayle, at home; a sister, Shelby Smith, West Milton, Ohio; nine nieces and nephews and three step-nephews.
