| About | Pascal A. VanHorn, 83, of Parrett Road, Greenfield, Ohio, died 5:13 p.m. Saturday, 26 November 2016 in the Chillicothe Veteran Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. He was born 17 October 1933 in Piketon, Ohio, the son of the late Martin Holman "Pat" VanHorn and Sarah Marie (Allen) VanHorn. Pascal was united in marriage to Gladys V. (Hardin) VanHorn on 30 January 1981 who preceded him in death on 17 September 2010. Surviving is a sister, Donna Michael of West Union, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. His parents, wife, two brothers, Eugene and Willis J. VanHorn and three sisters, Kathryn Little, Maxine Hughes and Loraine Eldridge, preceded Pascal in death. Pascal was a member of the Apostolic Church, Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Korean and VietNan Conflict and was a retired Electrical Inspector for Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon on Thursday, 1 December 2016 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio with Alex Turner, Minister, Officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Bridge Street, Waverly, with Military graveside service by American Legion Merritt Post #142, Waverly. Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly from 4 – 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour on Thursday |
