| About | Ray Nelson Vulgamore Graveside services were held Saturday at Gardner Cemetery for drowning victim, Ray Nelson Vulgamore, of 4735 State Route 104, Piketon. Vulgamore was born July 30, 1966 to parents, William M. and Jenny L. (Wilburn) Mustard Vulgamore of the same address. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one half brother, William Lawless of Waverly and one half sister, Melissa Stout of Columbus. Services were officiated by Reverend Marshall Wilburn and arrangements were made by Howe-Wheeler Funeral Home. 1986 |
