About | Robert S. Wynn, 62, of 1122 New Mexico Drive, Xenia, Ohio, died Sunday January 21, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. Robert was born September 25, 1944 in Piketon, Ohio, the son of the late William D. Wynn and Mary (Humble) Wynn Morris. Surviving are 4 sons: Robert S. Wynn, Jr. and wife Andrea L. of Chester, Virginia, Steven Douglas Wynn of Kettering, William Howard Wynn and Buddy David Wynn and wife Jennifer both of Xenia; 9 grandchildren: 3 brothers: Allen Wynn of Cincinnati, Ohio and John Wynn and Eddie Wynn both of Piketon and 3 sisters: Diane Rose of Naples, Florida, Elizabeth Pritchett Southworth and husband Kenny "Jess" of Lucasville, Ohio and Sharon Montgomery and husband Timothy of Wellston, Ohio. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother: David Wynn and a sister: Margaret Elaine Wynn. Robert was a retired laborer for GM Corp/Harrison Radiator, Dayton, Ohio, a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era having served from 1 July 64 to 30 June 67, and a 1964 graduate of Piketon High School. Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Howe Wheeler Boyer Hornback Funeral Home, Piketon with Pastor Jeff Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery, Piketon where American Legion Merritt Post 142, Waverly, Ohio, will hold Military Graveside Services.
