| About | Pike County News-Watchman (Waverly, OH) - Wednesday, November 30, 2011 Timothy Wayne Tomlin, Sr., 46, of Smokey Hollow Road, Piketon, Ohio, died Friday, November 25, 2011. He was born July 20, 1965 in Pike County, Ohio, son of the late Raymond Tomlin and Leona Mae (Williams) Tomlin. On July 20, 1989 Tim was united in marriage to Michelle Diane (Fitzgerald) Tomlin who survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Diana Slone and husband Brandon of Lucasville, Ohio; two sons, Timothy Tomlin, Jr. of Pike-ton, Ohio, Jeremy Mullens and wife Ashley of Piketon, Ohio; three granddaughters, Keely Mullens, Jocelyn Mullens and Raeleigh Slone; brother James Tomlin and Vicky Trent of Piketon, Ohio and two sisters, Naomi Doyle of Port St. Lucie, Florida and Brenda Bryant of Piketon, Ohio; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, a brother, Michael Ray Tomlin and a daughter, Lisa Elaine Mullens preceded Tim in death. Tim worked as a sawyer at Ohio Valley Lumber for many years. He loved his family and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Horn-back Funeral Home in Pike-ton with Pastor Brian Birkhimer officiating. Burial will follow in Cotties Corner Cemetery, Piketon.
