About | Joseph Alan Whitt was placed in the hands of our loving God on July 3, 2011, following a tragic auto accident. Survived by devoted fiance, Julie Molanaro; son, Harry Whitt; parents, Doris and Bruce Whitt; sisters and brother, Jennica, Joshua, and Kailah Whitt; nephew, Nash; grandparents, Mary Lou and Alfred Whitt, and Sixta Jimenes and Cristino Sanchez; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Joe graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 2000. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a black belt under Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu. He fought in mixed martial arts and was devoted to training and competing. Family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg. Funeral 11 a.m. Monday at Reyonoldsburg Church of the Nazarene, 1340 Crest St., Reynoldsburg. Burial will follow at Silent Home Cemetery. Joe's greatest pride was his 2 year old son, Harry.
