| About | WINTERS William B. Winters, January 10, 1961 - December 6, 2009. A funeral service for William B. Winters, 48, of Reynoldsburg, OH, will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home, with Pastor Ed Wright officiating. Burial will follow on a later date at Newark Memorial Gardens. Mr. Winters passed away December 6, 2009, at his residence. He was born in Licking County to William S. Winters and the late Gladys D. Winters. Mr. Winters graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 1980. He joined the Navy shortly after graduation, and served our country honorably for six years. He was employed by the State of Ohio for 28 years where he held multiple positions. He loved his Browns and Buckeyes, and was a fan of all sports. He is survived by his wife, Dara Winters; brother, Timothy Ray Winters of Reynoldsburg, OH; mother-in-law, Irene D. Sweeney of Groveport, OH; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mara (Ken) Little of Glenford, OH, Derf (Tracey) Sweeney of AZ and Gary (Wendy) Sweeney of Carroll, OH; also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his mother, his father-in-law Fred Sweeney precedes him in death. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice.
