About | Anthony “Tony” Biggs, 70, of Shreve passed away peacefully, Thursday June 30, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, Wooster. Tony was born July 26, 1951 in Wooster to the late James R. and Lucy I. (Carson) Biggs. He was a 1969 graduate of Triway High School and a graduate of Ohio University. Tony had a lifelong career, 47 ½ yrs., with Snap-on, formerly ProQuest, and prior to that Bell & Howell. He was a Network Administrator in the IT division of the company. Tony dedicated himself to his work and family. When Tony was younger, he enjoyed golfing and played on several leagues, he also enjoyed cooking, traveling, and collecting die cast model cars. Tony is survived by a sister, Janeth (Timothy) Vicars; a brother, Bruce A. Biggs; nephews, Christopher L. Biggs, Mathew A. Biggs and his wife Cassi; nieces, Amanda Vicars Henry and her husband Reagan, and Bethany Vicars Ohl and her husband Shawn; grandnieces, Justine, Makenzie, and Sdyney; and grandnephews, Austin, Logan and Bryson. Preceding Tony in death are his parents, an infant sister Claudia and a brother, Peter Irvin Biggs. Friends may call Tuesday, July 5th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Schlabach Funeral Home, Shreve. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday July 6th at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Enders officiating, burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Shreve.
