| About | Bonnie I. Anderson, 68, of Shreve passed away Feb. 22, 2019 at her home. She was born Feb. 20, 195l in Wooster, Oh to the late Elmer L. and Maxine E. (Yingling) Etzwiler. Bonnie married Charles W. Anderson on June 1, 1972 and he preceded her in death in April 19, 1977. Bonnie honorably served her country in the United States Army as a nurse during the Vietnam War stationed in El Paso, TX She was attending West Hill Baptist Church where she enjoyed being a part of Caleb’s Kin events and the singles gatherings. Being out doors in nature, bird watching, travel and her family, especially her great grandchildren were joys in her life. She is survived by a daughter Kerry Wilkes of Big Prairie; a granddaughter, Cheyenne Wilkes of West Salem; two great grandchildren, Cadence Deal and Zachary Deal Jr. of West Salem; a sister, Sandra (Rex) Boreman of Aberdeen, N.C.; a niece, Kaylee (Dennis) Stahl, a nephew David Prost and a great niece Sarah Stahl. A gathering for family and friends will be Sunday, March 3rd from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Schlabach Funeral Home, Shreve. Private family burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1161 Mechanicsburg Rd., Wooster, Oh 44691.
